PAYMENT.
Prices are fixed and not negotiable, unless item is on SALE.
Items are sold based on first come first serve basis.
All customers are encouraged to use Internet Bank Transfer (POSB & UOB only).

COLLECTION.
#1. Meet-ups.
Jurong East MRT Station - Any day of the week after 3.30pm.
Please inform us through e-mail (boon--nate@hotmail.com) at least one day before to confirm.

#2. Postage
All parcels will be mailed out within 2 working days upon payment.
All customers are encouraged to opt for registered parcel.
We will NOT be responsible for any damages & loss of parcels.
All items will be checked again before mailing.

OTHERS.
All items are non REFUNDABLE.
We will not be responsible for lost parcel via normal postage.
Exchanges are only accepted if item(s) are mailed out wrongly.
Parcel must be returned with original packaging within 5 working days.
